The registration process is completed in the following steps:

1. Sign Up / Login

• New User: Click on Sign Up and enter your Name (as per Aadhaar) and Mobile Number. Verify your mobile number using OTP.
• Existing User: Click on Login and enter your registered Mobile Number. Verify using OTP.
• After successful verification, the user can proceed with the registration process.

2. Information Details

Enter all required personal and contact information carefully.

Note:

1. The applicant's photograph must be 100 KB or less. Supported formats are .jpg, .jpeg, and .png.
2. A unique Aadhaar Number and Mobile Number must be used for each new registration.
3. The applicant's age will be calculated based on the Date of Birth provided. The applicant must be 18 years or above.
4. Bank account details will be used only for refund purposes, if an automatic refund cannot be processed due to reasons such as account closure, account merger, or any other applicable issue.

3. Category Information

Provide the required category-related information.

Note:

1. Select your family income as applicable to your family.
2. Select the appropriate Category and Sub-Category.

4. Attachments

Upload all required supporting documents.

Note:

1. Each attachment must be 150 KB or less.

2. Only PDF (.pdf) format is supported for document attachments.

3. The list of acceptable documents and formats is already provided in the Introduction section of the portal.

4. The following documents are mandatory:

   • Self Declaration
   • Cancelled Cheque / First Page of Passbook
   • Jan Aadhaar / Ration Card
   • Other documents as applicable based on the selected Income, Category and Sub-Category, such as Income Certificate, Family Affidavit, and other supporting documents.

5. Preview & Submission

Before final submission, the applicant will be shown a Preview Screen containing all the information and documents entered/uploaded during the registration process.

Note:

1. Carefully verify all the details and uploaded documents before submitting the application.
2. The Application Fee is non-refundable.
3. The Registration Fee is refundable in case the application is rejected, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
4. Applicants should ensure that all information and documents are correct before final submission.
